Change of mind
Unused items in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return freight is at the customer’s cost, and a restocking fee of 10–35% may apply, depending on the supplier’s requirements.
Not returnable
Items that have been installed or used, special-order or custom-built items, and spare parts that have been fitted.
Faulty or damaged items
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for transit damage, or see our Warranty & Service page for faults. We’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
To start a return
Email sales@kitchenessential.co.nz with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
